Product images are provided to illustrate the product and design options. The appearance of colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, printing processes, materials, and other production factors.
Personalised products are prepared according to the design information supplied or approved by the customer. Customers should carefully review all text, spelling, images, and other details before confirming an order.
3. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted if further verification or clarification is required.
We may contact you if information is incomplete, artwork cannot be processed as submitted, payment verification is unsuccessful, or a product is unavailable.
If we cannot fulfil an order after payment has been received, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund where applicable.
4. Prices and Payments
Prices and applicable shipping charges will be displayed on the website or during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be successfully completed using an available payment method before order processing begins.

6. Personalised Products and Cancellations
Because personalised mugs may be made to a customer’s specifications, the usual statutory right to cancel an online purchase because of a change of mind may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, where the relevant legal exception applies.
If you need to amend or cancel an order, contact info@recharltd.shop as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once artwork preparation or production has started.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits statutory rights relating to faulty goods, goods not as described, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment, subject to artwork requirements and other circumstances.
For UK deliveries, estimated delivery is approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch for standard delivery. Expedited options may be available for some destinations. Deliveries elsewhere in Europe may take longer depending on destination and service availability.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Applicable delivery options and charges will be displayed during checkout where available.
